When contacted, Ameesha said, “On one hand David’s film is very spicy, and on the other hand Priyaji’s film is a thriller. The subjects are different and both challenge the actor in me. As for Rohit’s marriage, I’m genuinely happy for him.”
Ameesha Patel shares a warm camaraderie with David Dhawan and his family. In fact, the actress is looking forward to attending Rohit Dhawan’s wedding celebrations on February 10 in Goa. “The actress is excited to wish the Dhawan family good luck and will fly down for the big occasion,” said a source.While she admires the director, Ameesha can’t wait to start shooting with the senior Dhawan for the film being made under her banner. “Ameesha is all charged up about the role of a prostitute which is expected to be shot in some exotic locales of Paris and Prague. In fact, Dhawan wants Ameesha to travel to Paris a fortnight earlier so that she can get familiar with the capital city and the lifestyle the people have there. The director also wants her to get the feel of what it is to be a high profile Indian prostitute in Paris to make her character look authentic,” said the source.
There is a Priyadarshan venture in the offing too. About that, a source said, “Priyadarshan is currently penning the script and the plot is set in the 60s. This thriller will have two male leads and the names will be zeroed in on soon.”
