Ameesha’s love for London
Actor Ameesha Patel is in London, scouting for locations for her first production that is being directed by David Dhawan. The actor has decided to shoot part of the film there because she loves the city, and it is like a second home to her since her childhood days. “Ameesha has an apartment in Knitsbridge in Central London, where she usually puts up. She has gone with her business partner Kuunal Ghoomar to finalise locations for the film. Ameesha also plans to buy a new car there as she travels quite often there and hence thought it’d be best to have her own vehicle there. London is her favourite city. She loves shopping there and can spend an entire day at Harrods. Therefore, she wants to shoot the film there,” reveals a source close to the actor.
The film will first be shot in Paris in August, and then in London. Set in the 60s, the 37-year-old actor plays a prostitute in Paris. “While there, Ameesha also plans to look for some locations for her other film Same2Same in which he she has a double role,” adds the source. The actor is also ecstatic about meeting cricketer Sachin Tendulkar at a party hosted by Mukesh and Nita Ambani, on Monday. “She was very happy to meet the Master Blaster and also her co-stars Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan,” says the source.
